Not very surprising.
While I don't much care for the style (I think that generic anime/manga style is ridiculously outplayed - especially in anime and manga themselves) I can't find any glaring faults in terms of the line art and colouring, other than the fact that it seems like considering the way her legs are tied, you should be able to see part of her right foot in the picture (perhaps I'm imagining things), and the calf muscle shown seems to be shaped rather strangely.
Several things, though:
While I'm guessing the girl is supposed to be some sort of 'night elf' out of some bad Lord of the Rings rip off, the grey skin coupled with the yellow eyes just ends up making her look like a zombie - which really increases the ick factor in the picture.
Also, the picture as a whole does seem to carry some unfortunate implications. The girl doesn't seem to be particularly happy about the situation she's in, and is wrapped up in such a way that she could not have done it herself. Is she a gift from one person to another? Are these people treating her as some sort of commodity? Has she been sold into slavery and is now having to live out the rest of her life being passed around amongst friends, being used to fulfil their darkest desires?
Is this 'mini manga' (a term I find ridiculous considering you seem to be writing it outside of Japan) that you are writing about rape? Is this poor night elf girl zombie in such an unfortunate position as to be living the life of a sex slave?
Misogyny, rape imagery and general degradation of the female sex aside, yeah, I guess it's well drawn, if incredibly boring and played out in terms of execution.
You should work on developing your own unique styles, instead of borrowing from one so incredibly overused both in and out of the media that it originated in.
